Big Head Bash in the News

Greetings loyal BigHead Bashers (and any future fans just stumbling in),

Its been a hectic week at Team Big Head (BigHeads? Team Bashers? Ah, none of these sound right…). GDC just happened and we are going to be sharing some exciting news with all our fans pretty soon, but for now we’re keeping our mouths shut and waiting with barely baited breath for something that we’re sure is going to make everyone really happy. In the meantime, we’ve made some news in the last few weeks that will just have to hold you over until our big announcement!

American McGee working on three new games

First off is BigHead BASH, a fast-paced online multiplayer affair, set inside a giant toy store (that’s a theme from Spicy Horse this year, you’ll notice).

McGee describes the game as a “new form of digital toy store”: Virtual toys are based on real-world licensed content (from games, comics, books, movies and even music), as well as original Spicy Horse creations. Collect a bunch, upgrade them all, and send them in to fight!

American McGee has been busy: his studio, Spicy Horse, escaped “certain death” with the success of last year’s Alice: Madness Returns and they’ve been working on three titles all set for release later this year.

The first is the, frankly, awesome looking BigHead BASH: the game has you running around a toy shop late at night, shooting your compadres full of lead. Why BigHead? because you’re all wearing novelty sized branded heads.
